    Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of the “Second Batch of Provincial Model Units for Improving Employees’ Quality of Life,” and Feizhou Group Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, receiving a subsidy of 20,000 yuan. This honor not only fully recognizes the company’s outstanding achievements in caring for its employees and fostering harmonious labor relations, but also marks a new milestone for the subdistrict in promoting the synergistic advancement of high-quality corporate development and a high-quality life for employees.

    It is reported that the selection of “Provincial Model Units for Improving Employees’ Quality of Life” covers nine core dimensions, including strengthening ideological and political guidance, building harmonious labor relations, fostering a safe working environment, optimizing salary and benefits, clarifying career development plans, improving basic living security, providing caring services, prioritizing physical and mental well-being, and actively fulfilling social responsibilities. Each criterion focuses on employees’ core needs and their most pressing concerns, testing the enterprise’s sense of responsibility and commitment. Company Profile

    Feizhou Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Feizhou”) is a conglomerate specializing in the research, development, sales, and professional manufacturing of high-, medium-, and low-voltage power cables. It is one of the companies in China’s wire and cable industry with the most comprehensive product range. The company’s Trade Union Committee was established in 2008 and has consistently adhered to a people-centered development philosophy. To date, the union has 270 members.

    Feizhou has achieved significant results in building a technical talent pipeline through the establishment of the “Model Worker and Craftsman Innovation Studio,” with many employees honored as “Taizhou Model Workers,” recipients of the “Taizhou May 1st Labor Medal,” and “Taizhou Bay New Area Craftsmen”; The company has accumulated 48 valid utility model and invention patents, including 6 invention patents; it has been deeply involved in the drafting and formulation of multiple national and industry standards; and it has successfully cultivated more than ten professionals holding senior professional titles, such as Senior Technician, Senior Economist, and Senior Engineer.

    Feizhou has received three major honors: Zhonghai Ding, the company’s chairman, was awarded the title of “Entrepreneur of Outstanding Contribution” in recognition of his influence and exceptional contributions to the wire and cable industry; Zhibo Zou, vice president, was named an “Outstanding Science and Technology Worker” for his outstanding achievements in wire and cable technology R&D and was appointed to the Expert Committee of the Zhejiang Wire and Cable Industry Association; and Xiaoxin Wang, head of the R&D and Innovation Group, was named an “Outstanding Craftsman” for his deep dedication to the field of R&D and the significant results he has achieved.

Over the years, the company has consistently donated supplies to communities and groups in need, earnestly fulfilling its corporate social responsibility: every year, it visits families facing financial hardship due to serious illnesses and retired employees to convey warmth and care; it regularly distributes Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes, milk, and other supplies to local senior citizens’ associations, with annual donations totaling 100,000 yuan; Following the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan, the company swiftly donated supplies worth 200,000 yuan to the disaster-stricken areas to support post-disaster reconstruction; during the pandemic, it donated supplies worth 300,000 yuan to Taizhou Bay New Area and 202,000 yuan worth of supplies to the Shaoxing Municipal Government in Zhejiang, contributing to the fight against the pandemic.
