With spring in full bloom and all things thriving, to recognize excellence and motivate the team, Feizhou Group Co., Ltd. organized a team-building activity for its 2025 excellent employees on March 31. Blending cultural heritage with natural charm, the event took participants on a journey from the red memories of Jishan Island to the ecological landscape of Xuanmenwan National Wetland Park, where they felt the power of teamwork and drew inspiration for future endeavors amidst mountains and seas.

Jishan Island: Echoes of History Amidst Mountains and Seas 

    In the morning, the excellent employees set off for Jishan Island with anticipation, boarding a ferry as sea breezes brushed their faces and blue waves rippled. The coastal scenery along the way, with mountains and seas complementing each other, set a relaxed tone for the journey.

    Nestled like a bright pearl on the coast of the East China Sea, Jishan Island boasts not only enchanting natural beauty but also profound historical significance. After arriving, everyone strolled along the winding paths, admiring the well-arranged, colorful fishing village architecture while listening to the guide recount the island’s history. When hearing about the heroic deeds of the Luyang Campaign, all were deeply moved by the fearless spirit of the revolutionary predecessors, vowing to integrate this spirit into their daily work and contribute more to the group’s development.

    Amidst the beautiful scenery and historical insights, colleagues exchanged ideas, sharing work experiences and life anecdotes. Laughter echoed between the mountains and seas, and the team’s cohesion was unconsciously strengthened.

Xuanmenwan National Wetland Park: A Unique Scenery in the Rain

    In the afternoon, despite the drizzle, everyone’s enthusiasm remained undiminished. They boarded a small train and embarked on a rainy tour of the Xuanmenwan National Wetland Park.

    The small train chugged slowly along the tracks, with raindrops falling like, casting a mysterious veil over the wetland. Through the windows, everyone admired the rainy wetland scenery: dense reeds swaying in the wind and rain, flocks of waterfowl playing on the water—like a beautiful ink painting.

    Although they couldn’t get off to experience the wetland up close, everyone was still in high spirits on the train, taking out their phones to capture the rare rainy beauty. Leaning on each other, they enjoyed the unique scenery together, and the warmth of the team was fully reflected at this moment.

    Time flies, and the day-long team-building activity came to an end.
