It is mainly used for overhead fixed laying, line drawing and other places.

Overhead insulated cables can reduce laying gap, save line corridors, reduce power supply accidents and ensure personal safety.

Overhead insulated cables with the rated voltage of 1 kV and below

purpose

This product is applicable to the overhead cables with copper core, aluminum core or aluminum alloy core weatherable polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) and crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulations for the overhead power lines with the AC rated voltage U0/U of 0.6/1kv and below.

Applicable conditions

1. The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1 kV.

2. The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor: The temperature of PVC and PE insulations shall not exceed 70°C; the temperature of XLPE insulation shall not exceed 90°C;

3. The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than -20°C.

4. The allowable bending radius of cable: For the cable with the outer diameter lower than 25 mm, the radius shall not be lower than 4D. For the cable with the outer diameter of 25 mm and above, the radius shall not be lower than 6D.

Delivery requirements
1. The goods are delivered at any length according to the agreement of both parties.
2. Cables shall be neatly wound on the delivery tray, their ends shall be sealed well, and the length stretching out of the cable tray shall meet the test requirements. Only cables of the same type and specification are allowed to be wound on a delivery tray.。
33. In case of no agreement between both parties, the provisions of GB/T 12527-2 shall be implemented。

10 KV XLPE insulated overhead cable

purpose

This product is applicable to overhead power lines with the AC rated voltage U(Um) of 10 (12) kV.
Applicable conditions
1. The maximum long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C.
2. The laying temperature is not less than -20 C.
3. The maximum temperature of conductor should not be greater than 250 C when short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5 seconds).

Cargo requirements

1, according to the agreement between the two sides, delivery at any length.

2. The cables should be neatly wound on the delivery tray, and the ends should be sealed well. The length of the exposed cable tray should meet the test requirements. Only the same type of cable can be wound on one delivery tray.

3, when there is no agreement between the two parties, the provisions of the GB/T14049-2008 standard shall be implemented.
