    We are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the “Implementation Rules for the Graded Cultivation and Management of Green (Low-Carbon) Factories in Zhejiang Province” and other relevant documents, and following a rigorous process of nomination, joint review, and public notice, our company has been successfully selected for the list of provincial-level green and low-carbon factories in Zhejiang Province. This authoritative recognition signifies that our efforts and achievements in energy conservation, emissions reduction, and the promotion of green manufacturing have received high acclaim at the provincial level.

CLEAN PRODUCTION

    By utilizing Taizhou’s only electron accelerator irradiation cross-linking process and employing low-smoke, halogen-free, eco-friendly materials, the service life of these cables has been extended to over 70 years, giving photovoltaic and irradiation-cured cables a core competitive edge in sustainability.

Developed Taizhou's first 110-kV suspended chain-type nine-section vulcanized pipe production line.

Equipment Upgrade

Replace outdated equipment with high-efficiency, energy-saving models to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Resource Efficiency

    Breaking with industry conventions, we select high-quality oxygen-free copper rods of specific grades. Parameters such as core resistivity significantly exceed industry standards, effectively reducing costs and improving efficiency, and generating substantial annual economic value.

PRODUCT GREENING

     At the same time, the company is at the forefront of the industry in developing non-standard conductor structures, lightweight flame-retardant and fire-resistant eco-friendly cable designs, and reducing the use of toxic and hazardous substances.

INFORMATIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE

① Connect to the State Grid’s IoT Smart Platform and implement an MES system to achieve precise energy consumption control and reduce waste and losses.

② Introduce robotic arms to implement a fully automated assembly line upgrade in the wire production workshop.
