Warm congratulations to our outstanding students on their achievements

As the crisp autumn air brings a refreshing breeze and the branches are laden with fruit, Feizhou Group Co., Ltd. partnered with Harbin University of Science and Technology in 2025 to hold the “Feizhou Group” Scholarship and Grant Award Ceremony as scheduled. Mr. Zhibo Zou, Vice President of the Group, and Mr. Changping Sheng, Manager, once again visited the campus to present the awards to the recipients and offer their congratulations and encouragement. They also delivered a practical career planning lecture, providing a powerful boost to the students’ personal and professional development.

On November 13, the award ceremony for the “Feizhou Group” scholarships and grants officially began.

Outstanding Students

As the list of winners was announced, the students took the stage one by one to receive their awards. What they received was not only a heavy certificate of honor, but also the responsibility and hope embodied in the collaborative education initiative between the university and industry.

Remarks by a student representative

    At the awards ceremony, Qishuo Bao, representing the 2025 award recipients, and Su Xian, representing the 2024 award recipients, took the stage to deliver speeches. They both expressed their commitment to channeling this encouragement into motivation to move forward, to continue deepening their expertise in their respective fields, and to repay the support of the company and society through concrete actions in the future.

Remarks by University and Industry Leaders

    Mr. Guohui Li, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, expressed his sincere gratitude to Feizhou Group for its ongoing support of higher education and initiatives to foster talent development, and highly commended the Group’s commitment to social responsibility in “deepening its industrial roots and giving back to education.” In his remarks, Mr. Zhibo Zou stated that Feizhou Group has always firmly believed that talent is the core driving force of development. The establishment of these scholarships and grants not only recognizes students’ academic excellence but also reflects the Group’s appreciation for and high expectations of the innovative potential of the younger generation.

Awards Ceremony

    Following the awards ceremony, Mr. Zhibo Zou delivered a special lecture on career planning, drawing on his cutting-edge industry insights and extensive practical experience. Drawing on Feizhou Group’s development journey and industry trends in relevant fields, he shared insights on setting career goals, enhancing core competencies, and cultivating the right mindset for the workplace. Using real-life examples, he analyzed critical decisions in career development and addressed the students’ questions and concerns.

The on-site interaction was lively, with students actively asking questions about industry prospects, internships and employment, and professional development. Mr. Zhibo Zou addressed each question in detail, providing valuable career guidance for these young people at a critical juncture in their lives.
