To celebrate traditional culture and convey the warmth of the company, a special treat was prepared at noon in the employee cafeteria — steaming bowls of tangyuan for all colleagues. This thoughtful gesture allowed every member of the Feizhou family, dedicated to their posts, to feel the warmth of "home" amidst their busy workday.

    A bowl of tangyuan represents a measure of care. As the soft, sweet, and fragrant glutinous rice balls melt in the mouth, they bring sweetness to the heart and warmth to the soul. Today, the Company organized safety production training for new employees, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on practice to help new members of the Feizhou family fasten their "first safety button" and strengthen the Company's workplace safety defense.

Morning: Building a Theoretical Foundation – Reinforcing Safety Awareness

    A centralized safety production knowledge session was held on the fourth floor of the Company's conference room.

    Through analysis of real-world cases and explanations of regulations and policies, new employees developed a sense of responsibility grounded in the principle that "safety is no small matter," enhanced their risk identification capabilities, and fortified their safety mindset.

Afternoon: Empowering Through Practice – Strengthening Emergency Response Skills

     The training then moved to practical exercises and drills, conducted in the fourth-floor conference room and designated training areas.

    Under the guidance of professional safety management personnel, new employees actively participated and gained hands-on experience, mastering critical skills such as using fire extinguishers and fire hoses, thereby significantly enhancing their emergency response capabilities. The deep integration of theory and practice ensured that safety knowledge truly "entered the mind, settled in the heart, and guided action."
